    @13weinharth

    hidden springs is a tricky one to reedeem same as above redeem the code in your the sims 3 account in some cases the world is added to your sims 3 purchase history download and install from there in other cases the simpoints are added to you sim point balance BUT the points are to "buy" the world with

    edit to add from the guide store worlds and how they work

    Hidden Springs

    The world can either be bought through Origin or as Code in a box in a retail store.

    Hidden Springs is probably the most difficult to redeem if you bought the disc version (available also in the world bundle). The retail version does contain a disc but there's not much on it (the world sure isn't).  To make it even more confusing, when redeeming the code or going through the install process, for some the world isn't added to your purchase history but you get Simpoints credited to your account. You can then use to those to buy the world here: Hidden Springs. It doesn't matter that it says it costs 2000 SP on the page. If you got 2450 SP credited, that's what it will cost. The disc version is only for the world, there's no extra Simpoints. You can also only use those for the world itself and not buy something else.

    There seem to be disc version around that give you a code that add the world directly to your purchase history. So if you don't get Simpoints, check there.

    I'm unsure how the Origin version works but you might be getting points credited to your account as well.

    :womanfrustrated: Thank you for replying. Sorry I wrote down the code in my message. I wasn't thinking straight about it. I thank you 4 the info, but I had already submitted the code in that area and it was accepted and I was able to download the game to the launcher & from there in2 my computer and the game works. I am playing it already. However, my problem was not about getting the game to download & work and also, it was not about getting Sim points or bonuses, as there were no inserts saying I would recieve anything other than the Celtic Lands that also worked fine. My main part of the problem was that, in redeeming those codes, it still did NOT register my game. Island Paradise registered fine bcuz it had 20 #s, and it shows up under My Games on the Origin site. However, Dragon Valley doesn't and I am not sure why or how to get it registered. I will try contacting customer service and see how it goes & then update this post. I just hope it doesn't involve re-installing the game bcuz I worked long and hard to customize my household and home and just got jobs going and I don't want to start over. :womanwink:

    OK, so I found out that it isn't the library on Sims3.com that it doesn't show up on, it is on the actual Origin link (have an icon on my laptop desktop). I found out it is bcuz they only show Games and Expansion games, not in-game content, which is what Dragon Valley (and others like Hidden Springs and Monte Vista, etc. are, as well) is considered to be. Origina doen't show those, while Sims3.com does, even though they are linked. Thank you all, though.
