Re: EA App: Sims 3 Create a World Edit in-game doesn't work

Hi,

I started creating worlds with the Beta CAW tool for Sims 3 a month ago. Everything works fine except when I want to edit in game => I click on the dedicated button and EA App appears and tells me : Ce titre a pu être été téléchargé sur votre appareil par un autre utilisateur qui possède le jeu. Connectez-vous à un autre compte où redémarrez l'application pour réessayer. This means : This title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Sign in to another account or restart the app to try again.

I don't have any problem when I want to play The Sims 3 normally and of course I purchased and downloaded all my Sims games by myself on this computer with my one and only  account :'(

I tried to clean the cache, uninstall, reinstall, nothing makes the EIG works in the CAW tool. Does anyone have a solution for this problem ?

PS :  Not sure it will help, but if needed, here's my PC configuration and game version :

Windows 10

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor 3.60 GHz

RAM : 16Go

Sims 3 Launcher version : 1.63.43.024017

EA App version : 13.140.0.5653
