Re: elevator doors stuck ??

@mrgothicfinn  This happens sometimes with apartment elevators.  You may need to delete and replace the elevator, or reset it with a mod if you use them.  Bring up the cheats console (crtl-shift-C) and enter these cheats in order:

testingcheatsenabled true

buydebug on

restrictbuildbuyinbuildings off

and you'll be able to build or buy in the apartment.  Be sure to disable the cheats when you're done.
