My houseboat got stuck, what do I do?
If you find yourself in a situation where your houseboat is stuck and is unable to move (this should not happen), you can use a handy cheat to fix it. Open the cheat console by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + C, and then type in "testingcheatsenabled true" without the quotation marks and press enter. Now, hold down the SHIFT key and press your left mouse button on the surface of the ocean where you want your houseboat to be. Select the interaction named "Teleport Active Houseboat Here", and your entire houseboat will warp to this new location. You should now be un-stuck!

edit to add do not forget to turn the cheat off after you use it

Thank you your a life saver my sim was going into labor and she tried going on a boat but that did not work so thanks😃😃

Okay, well what about getting a dog stuck on a boat? He is literally stuck on a boat, in a pond not much bigger than the boat. I've tried using the cheat to teleport him, but it isn't working. I usually purchase another lot, and make the whole family move to the new lot, then move back, so that whoever is stuck can get unstuck.
