No access to 'in game content'

I had previously purchased the Worlds Bundle (Hidden springs and Monte Vista) and them separately. However as these are in game content, they are not showing as downloadable. Bu then when I load the game, I do not have access to them?! I have been in contact with an agent from EA help and they said they have reported it as it seems to be a bug but I have no hope. I have put the codes into my sims 3 account and all I get is this message "You have been entitled to 100 and Monte Vista. Please visit your Purchase History to download." which just brings up a dead EA Page. 

Anyone else had this issue?

  • I've had the same issue with the same bundle and it ended with them giving me a refund 😭

  • Check your email for the receipt of your purchase, it contains a code that you can redeem in the Sims 3 store > My account > redeem a code. Then go to your  purchase history (my account) and you should be able to download it from there.
