@SharketteLaw92  You have two options.  One is to move the DCCache folder to your desktop, thereby removing all launcher-installed content, whenever you want to upload something.  The other is to use a clean Sims 3 folder to upload.  Move the entire existing folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts, open the launcher to spawn a clean folder, and move the item you want to upload from Exports in the old folder to Exports in the new folder.  (You can also move the entire Exports folder.)  This second method won't allow any custom content to be exported along with the item, but that's generally a good thing when uploading: players mostly prefer not to install stealth cc along with their downloaded items.

In both cases, put the folder you've moved back when you're done, and your content will be back in your game.
