Missing Games

MadameBlaze​  The EA App doesn't necessarily know what you do and don't own, so that part can be ignored.  What happens when you try to download your content from the Store?  You can click the Download buttons in your screenshots (one at a time), or check the box to the left and click the larger Download button towards the top of the page.

If this isn't working, please try a different browser, for example Firefox typically works well with the Store.  If that doesn't work either, please describe what you see when you try to download an item, including a screenshot of any error you get.

puzzlezaddict​ I tried going through Firefox and it is the same issue unfortunately. It is now up to six worlds as I am now missing Monte Vista. :(

I wonder if I can help.  I too own Monte Vista but it does not show up in my purchase history.  In order to download this I have found that If I go into worlds and select Monte Vista (as if to purchase)  It states that I already own this.  I can download from there.  Just a shot in the dark but it works for me.  Good Luck.

MadameBlaze​  Again, what happens when you try to install one of these worlds?  Please describe what you see, and if you get an error, post a screenshot.

puzzlezaddict​ When I try to install one of these worlds, it tells me that it installed successfully and shows it is installed. No error shows. But when I go to choose a world, none of them show up. I tried installing from the launcher and the downloads option in-game to no avail. I also tried downloading directly from the page and it wasn't working.

BillFlowerpot​ I tried that initially, and it didn't work unfortunately. Hopeful I can get this working soon though, they were some of my favorites!
