is there an option on the phone move out and use that to kick the pets out

had a search and found these

You can't (i have no idea why) but you can do transmorgrify karma power turn the one to kick out into
a human.Then kick them out. Or you can get a ghost zapper and use ghostify on them.

you have to unlock the karma power that transforms  sim into a dog or cat, or cat into a sim or dog, or dog into a cat or sim. What you have to do is turn your pet into a sim and move that sim out
