Sims 4 game packs are installed through origin they do not appear directly in my games click on the Sims 4 game and then click on i

@sno2u If Origin is acting up, you can try clearing its cache, or even uninstalling and reinstalling Origin only. This will not affect your installed games.

If these steps don't help, please list which game you're playing (TS3 or TS4), as well as which packs are affected, and which, if any, you've been able to download.
