I'd also would like to know how to remove the registration of the sims from origin I've given my game away to my relative and she wants to register it in her own name but to do so I have to remove mine but Ive tried it all and cant find how to do it...

You can't remove it. A game can only be registered to one account and once it is, there's no way to remove it.
