Hello ,
I've been a long time Sims 3 player and I wanted to move my packs and saves from my old laptop to my new PC. I thought I could just download the game and sign into my EA account, but I noticed none of my expansion packs were there.
I can't figure out how to move them, please help me.

Just sign in with your EA account details. When you move your saves via maybe a usb stick you will want to move your library folder as well as it will have any saved builds in.
MarsBar24 If you mean your expansion and stuff packs, do they not show up in the EA App, under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons? That's where you'd find the EPs and SPs. Standalone worlds need to be installed through store.thesims3.com.
If you did install your EPs and SPs, they might be disabled. Open the launcher's Expansions & Stuff Packs tab and check the boxes next to the packs. (No need to click Install; anything listed here is already installed and just needs to be activated.) If they're already checked, uncheck and re-check them. If they don't appear at all, but you DID install them through the EA App, please list the packs you're missing.

billblogs Expansions and stuff packs can't be installed through the Sims 3 website. I don't think that was ever possible, but if it was, that method stopped working many years ago.
