Can't be certain, but the post in the EA bugs forum seems to indicate it'll automatically update the key in the Origin library. It's really anybody's guess though.


That would be my guess too. We will keep you updated on this.


What about those of us who have redeemed the code on thesims3.com and don't have the game show up in origin at all?

    Try to redeem the code again through the Origin client. If you get a "Code already used" error message it should be on your account and will show up there eventually.

    Our tech team is already working to fix these issues.

  • Thanks for the clarification. So if we try to redeem the code again via origin and it says the code has already been used then we just need to wait until the game details shows the correct 20-digit key?

    I bought the humble bundle twice, and twice tried to redeem in the sims 3 site, first time I got just the night life game, second tme the starter pack that never showed up on the purchased history, now I when I try to redeem in the Origin site, it says that both codes had been already used, what about that guys, how do I fix that, please give some solution!!!
