I just got a Mac and downloaded Sims 3 on it. I had Sims, an Origin account, and a Sims 3 Community account on my old PC. I've been trying to register my game on my new computer but haven't been successful. I get to the registration page and choose the option of a pre-existing persona (my old one, because I still use the same account), and fill out my gender, click the terms and conditions, all of that. I click "Sign Up!" and it only reloads the page. It doesn't give me any errors or "you didn't do this thing and you are supposed to do it" messages. What's going on?

If you already have an account, you don't need to reregister. Simply login with your old account/pw. Reset it on Origin if you can't remember.
