Try this first.if you've registered the game on Origin or on thesim3.com (if your accounts are connected and the game shows up in myGames), you should find the code on Origin. In your case,you need to make sure it it the right account .
Right click on the game and choose Show game details. The code should be there
If you lost your serial code and don't have the game installed on an old computer, you need to contact EA live chat.
If you registered your game to your account, it should be easy to get the code. If not, they'll give you a new code if you can proof that you own the game. See this: Obtaining a Replacement Registration Code
1. Click the link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask and log in with your Origin name and password.
2. Where it says: ’What Can We Help you With’, type in ‘GAME NAME’
3. Click Find Solutions
4. Select "Your problem,eg accounts" from the drop-down list and also select your platform from the list.
5. Click: Find Solutions
6. Scroll down a little and on the lower right hand side, Click "I Still need Help"

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

- Select "Call me."
- Enter your phone number.
- Select "Submit."
For Customers outside of North America:

- Contact us using the telephone number provided within the listed opening hours
