Re: Issue redeeming Sims 3 World codes

Just purchased the Sims 3 World Bundle, and received codes for Monte Vista and Hidden Springs. Tried on store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html and https://myaccount.ea.com/am/ui/payment-wallet/product-code , both don't work!

On https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html, clicked and no respond at all. Can anyone help??

    This happened to me the other day. They tried to help, but ended up refunding me.

    I contacted EA tech support and they said it can take up to 24 hours for the codes to sync with the servers. I’ll wait and see, but honestly this feels a bit long for a paid product. If it still doesn’t work, I may have no choice but to request a refund.

    The same thing happened to me. It's been over 24 hours the code just doesn't work on the Sims 3 store.

    Yes, this happened to me too. The agent refunded me without any warning or my consent. Super upset about it.

    did they get it to work? they told me 48 hours and this thread says resolved but I still havent gotten my Worlds Bundle. If they didnt get it to work were you able to at least get a refund?

    Hi I am dealing with the same issue. I already contacted them and they got back to me with the post you can see up above saying they're going to keep looking into it.  I was just curious did they take a while to refund you and did you happen to purchase that store content that wouldn't work through the EA app through the actual Sims 3 store and if so did that work for you at all? Just curious

    Hi, I made a purchase through the EA app and they refunded me the same day I contacted them.
