Re: Issue redeeming Sims 3 World codes

Hi, 

I bought Barnacle Bay for The Sims 3 and received a product code via email. When i try to redeem code it on the sims 3 Website it Shows a loading icon for a few seconds and then nothing happens. I´ve tried different browsers and my phone, but it still doesn´t work. The add-on is already visible and selectable in Manage Add-Ons, the EA pages recognize the code and even show a picture of Barnacle Bay, but it says download it from The Sims3 website, which doesn´t work. 

Has anyone experienced this? Do you know a way to get it working ?

    EA SUCKS
    It's the same for me, i can't even play my world or anything, its just not fun.

    I have exactly the same issue.. I bought Roaring Heights, but the Sims Store won't redeem my code.

    Hopefully this will be fixed. I'm commenting to follow along, and see if someone has an answer.
