This issue should now be resolved, and any existing codes that were not redeemed should now be redeemable.

Please try redeeming your codes again now- if you're seeing an error that your code has already been consumed, we'd need to get you with the live support team to process a refund on your purchase. Refunds can't be processed here on the EA Forums, but you can get in contact with live support through the help site here.

Hi,

I bought Barnacle Bay for The Sims 3 and received a product code via email. When i try to redeem code it on the sims 3 Website it Shows a loading icon for a few seconds and then nothing happens. I´ve tried different browsers and my phone, but it still doesn´t work. The add-on is already visible and selectable in Manage Add-Ons, the EA pages recognize the code and even show a picture of Barnacle Bay, but it says download it from The Sims3 website, which doesn´t work.

Has anyone experienced this? Do you know a way to get it working ?

I have exactly the same issue.. I bought Roaring Heights, but the Sims Store won't redeem my code.

Hopefully this will be fixed. I'm commenting to follow along, and see if someone has an answer.
