Re loading after laptop being reset to factory settings

Hi Our laptop had some issues and part of the recovery process was to reset it to factory settings. Prior to that we were able to recover a backup of all the SIMS files. The consequence of the reset...

Hi

We are trying to reinstall the software, so have put the disk in again and input the code when the prompt asks, then we get the error message "the code has already been used" . Playing the game appears to be contingent on the disk, and not on the fact that we have registered.......?

That is so weird. I really don't know how it works anymore since the started with that Origin requirement.

Try closing Origin and see how far you get then.
