If the files don't appear on the computer then the download has not worked at all, in which case a reattempt at installation is needed. However this can be problematic if Origin has got stuck in a state where it thinks the game has already been downloaded as it may not let you try again. That's when deleting the files in preferences is needed.
Please can you start your own thread and describe your problem in a bit more detail e.g. what you have tried to do, where it has gone wrong etc.
