Isso é um bug do jogo. Como não dá para apagar a única roupa de trabalho que o seu Sim tem, vai ter de adicionar uma nova roupa de trabalho para o seu Sim e ele já irá trabalhar.
Translation: That is a bug in the game. Since there is no way to delete the only work outfit your Sim has, you'll need to add a new work outfit for your sim and it will go to work.
