Are you trying to redeem the code on the Origin client or the Sims 3 website again?
If yes, then please try to remember the account with which you registered the game first. You can only register the game to an account once.
If you still have the game code, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor to find out on which account it is registered.
You need to log into the help page with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Issue Type", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone or chat as contact option.
