Re: My Sims 3 Game Freezes when sims sleep

Does it freeze completely so you have to kill the game to exit or does it lag ?

Are you playing more than one Sim and if so, is it happening to all of them ?

Are you using custom content or mods in your game ?

    I have the same problem 

    I am playing more than 1 sim

    it freezes completely that i have to  shut down my computer to kill it

    I am not really sure what custom content is.

    but i dont use mods

    Custom content is stuff like clothes and objects you download off of the internet for your sims. Does it happen on only one sims saved game, or all of them? Is it always the same time?

    it was around the same time, but i tried to keep pressing play which extended the time for a little until i got tired and stopped clicking, then it froze.

    I only have two saved sims game, one is lagging like that and the other is the one with the stuck horse

    Wow that's unfortunate. So you've never downloaded anything off of the internet for your sims? Did this
    Problem start around the same time as the horse one? Did you do anything in your computer in the time before the freezing happens, like update or install/uninstall anything?

    I opened this new game this month, and it has stopped.

    i clared my caches and deleted some of my custom content.

    i am not sure which one worked but the problem is fixed.
