My game keeps freezing when I try to adopt a stray cat. And the poor thing is freezing in this blizzard.

@TiggIrish I've split your post into its own thread since the original thread was a decade old. Please let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS and whether you'd be willing to use a mod to fix the issue.
