LTW: This is simply a display issue. Going traveling should get you the LTW back. It's still fullfiled it just doesn't show as such. Still a bug though.

As for your relationship problem:

- The cheating system they introduced with Generations (I believ it was Generations ?) can make them hate each other very quickly, especially when you leave one of the Sims alone on a community lot.

Question is, is the not being able to get married anymore really a break-up or a bug (both is possible).

I would suggest to use the cheat testingcheatsenabled true and then drag their relationship bars all the way back up again. Try then to get them remarried. If that doesn't work, it's probably more of a bug that shows them as not married when they infact still are.
