Re: My update bar doesn't pop up

The newest patch does not work with the launcher very well. Many people have had this problem. You need to try patching manually. Here is a post where you can find the link to the SuperPatch: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/FAQ-Current-Patch-1-50-Manual-links-and-more/td-p/67858

    I don't think the incremental ones are working, that's why Crin wrote "do not use at the moment!".  Click on the link a little above that that says "Super Patch."
