Re: My used game has already been registered on the sims 3 website. Help on how to get it registered on my account please.

See if you can get a refund from wherever you bought it, do not buy a used sims 3 game. If used the Product code is already used and cannot be used again, as its attached to the person that registered it. Once the game has been opened there is no way to tell if the code has been used until you try and register the game and it tells you that it was already used.

If its been used you cannot use it on your account. Remember that you have to put the product code in to install the game and since you are logged into your account and not to the person who installed the game first this can be a problem.

I don't know anyway you can verify that the person that sold the 'used' game did not install it and use the Product code to install it.
