Re: Play the game without a disc?
I just gotten my sims 3 game starter pack that has 3 games on it, its been installed and registered by me. but my external cd/cd-rom drive broke on me, So, I cant play my game with any of my sims 3 games without the disc. Can I please, have help in how it is possible to still play my sims 3 games without using my disc. I have all the papers and dics for it, but without my dvd/cd-rom external drive not able to work I cant play my games do to that. I just bought the sims 3 starter pack that has the 3 games and has been installed. Please, if someone can help me in this matter, please do.

You could use your code to get a digital copy of the game. You wouldn't need a disc to play it 🙂
To do that, please follow these steps:
- Download and install Origin application if you don't have it already installed in your computer.
- Log into your EA Account. If you have an account in thesims3.com where you already registered your game, you should use that same account.
- In the main menu, go to Origin > Redeem a code.
- Introduce your game code. Keep in mind that the game can only be registered once, so make sure you are logged in with the account where you want to register it.
- Once redeemed, go to "My game library". You will find your The Sims 3 Starter pack in there.
- Uninstall your The Sims 3 Starter pack from your computer (through Control Panel).
- Go to Origin, click on the game to start downloading and installing it.
