I have it on norwegian "Du kan ikke dele denne tomten" = "You can not share this lot"

just a few custom content..no mods. Over the years i have never had this problem before and i have shared alot of my creations

Could you try upload another house or a Sim to see if it's that works.

Is your game updated to 1.57 ?

lol..yeah i have tryed to share other houses and sims and the same problems comes up

I will start the game again..and check if its still the same
