Re: Product code already redeemed - code already in use....? Origin Sims 3

 worlds do not show up in orign you redeem the world code in your the sims 3 account then download from your sims 3 purchase history then install you will still play from whatever game you normally play from to play in the world once installed it will be in the main menu +new  game to select the world to play in

you should have an email with the code for the world to redeem in your the sims 3 account check your purchase history on the sims 3 first to see if the world is there in any case download and install it if it is

if you redeemd the code in origin first that  can give an invalid/used code you may need to contact CS if that happened

    That's the thing...I stayed on hold waiting for help via chat room, phone call, etc. I am still waiting for someone to call me back.

     i really hope this gets solved for you as soon as possible and you can enjoy your world also if your waiting for live chat  that long i know they may be busy with some others BUT sometimes too some browsers don't work quite so well with live chat like safari or chrome and switching to IE or firefox

    It continues to say "The code you entered has already been used. Please check the code entered and try again. If you continue to receive this error it may be that the code has already been applied. If you need further assistance, please go to Contact Us."

    I have no idea what to do. EA won't contact me back and they have made it impossible to talk to anyone on the phone.
