When I enter in my brand new redeem code for roaring heights expansion pack it says the code has already been redeemed. help?

That's the thing...I stayed on hold waiting for help via chat room, phone call, etc. I am still waiting for someone to call me back.
i really hope this gets solved for you as soon as possible and you can enjoy your world also if your waiting for live chat that long i know they may be busy with some others BUT sometimes too some browsers don't work quite so well with live chat like safari or chrome and switching to IE or firefox
