This stuff pack is a tricky one.
Once you redeemed the code for Katy Perry's Sweet Treats, you should see the product under stuff pack section in the 32 bit version. Please check that first. It will only exist if you have the stuff pack.
The stuff pack seems doesn't have a 64 bit standalone product. Therefore, you won't see Katy Perry's Sweet Treats under 64 bit version of the game title.
If you do in fact have the stuff pack title under 32 bit app, try below method to get it work on 64 bit app.
1. Download Katy Perry's Sweet Treats on 32 bit device.
2. Go to the folder where it was downloaded, copy "SP06" to an USB drive or somewhere else.
3. Copy and paste "SP06" on where the sims 3 is downloaded on your Mac.
4. The launcher won't recognize the pack, but the content should be available in game.

If you can't see Katy Perry's Sweet Treats in 32 bit at all, please re-contact EA support, and took a case of the game, the disc, the code to see if they can add the 32 bit version to you.
