Unfortunately, I've been trying to speak to someone via the live chat for 3 hours now. They helped me before when I was using Origin and it wasn't working. However, the chat won't actually open, so I have opened a case but had absolutely no response so far.. ☹️

Hi @EA_Solaire , I really hope I'm not just being stupid. I am so close to having cry I'm so frustrated.
I cannot enter the chats, I can only view the transcripts. I tried clearing the cache and tried a new browser. It's just not working! I have attached images to see if that helps? I'm really losing the will. I just want this fixed :'(
Community ManagerIn the first screenshot on the Start a Chat screen, you do need to enter a subject line. After filling that out, are you able to press the Send button?
