4/28/2024 Mac. The sims 3 dlc will show up as purchase but will not download because it is 32 bit instead of 64 bit. My question is how to convert a 32 bit dlc into 64 bit?
@gnosticabyss Make sure you're clicking the 64-bit version of Sims 3 in your game library, and if one Download button for a given pack doesn't work (perhaps because it's for the 32-bit version), look for a second Download button for that same pack.
If you don't have the 64-bit "entitlements," as they're called, you'll need to contact EA customer support to ask for them. Feel free to reference this very long master thread about the issue that states clearly that support is able to help:
