If you're not able to access the 64-bit versions, we'll need the live support team to review your account and make sure the correct versions have been added.

I'm having a similar issue, but with a disk. I contacted support with screenshots and photos of my disk, game case, etc. and they told me to buy the game again through the EA app. LOL.

Had you previously registered your game code included with this disk on your EA account, or have you never redeemed it for a digital version?
