Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

Hi everyone! 

I purchased my The Sims 3 game on Origin many years ago, and it has always worked. Recently I had problems accessing to the game, and then I discovered that the 32 bit version is not compatible with my Mac anymore. But, when I try to download the 64 bit version, the EA games app makes me buy the game again (39.90 euro) instead of giving me the access to the download automatically. What should I do? D:

    If you're not able to access the 64-bit versions, we'll need the live support team to review your account and make sure the correct versions have been added.

    You can contact live support from the site here for more help on this- I'd also recommend attaching this forums conversation when you reach out so the team has further information to reference.

    I'm having a similar issue, but with a disk. I contacted support with screenshots and photos of my disk, game case, etc. and they told me to buy the game again through the EA app. LOL.

    Had you previously registered your game code included with this disk on your EA account, or have you never redeemed it for a digital version?
