Pawts16 You might find the key on ea.com, under Account Settings > Payment and Wallet > Order History. You'll find an entry for each transaction there, and if you see a sixteen-character code, that may be the Dragon Valley product code.
If you don't find it, and the email didn't simply come through late, you'll probably need to get a refund from EA customer support. I would strongly recommend live chat rather than email, since this kind of purchase isn't normally eligible for refunds at all, but support reps can of course make exceptions when the player didn't receive the content. A live chat means you can go back and forth if necessary, and you can also link this master thread about the issue if you think it might help.

Heeey, sorry I haven't been able to get back to this.
Thank you for the info, I was able to locate it in my Order History; however, after clicking the 'Redeem' button in thesims3 website, nothing happens...
Any ideas?

Hi Pawts16,
a few days ago I red another post for this issue. So you´re not alone. :)
Please contact the EA-support, maybe it can reedem the code for you.
Kind regards and a Happy new Year!

There's currently an issue with redeeming codes on the sims 3 store, and the support is just saying we need to wait for it to be resolved, as their team is working on it. One consultant tried to assign the content I bought to my account manually but ultimately failed.
Pawts16 As mentioned, the redeem function doesn't work at the moment. Here's the master thread:

I would suggest waiting until this is resolved to try to use your code again, and definitely don't ask a support rep to try it—that might use up the code without applying it to your account. Since it's probably already too late to get a refund, without a support rep making an unusual exception at least, it won't hurt to wait a little while longer.
