Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

Hi other Sims players, I am able to play The Sims 3 on my MacBook, but unfortunately I cannot play my expansion packs. Previously, I played The Sims 3 together with my purchased expansions on my HP laptop. Since switching to a MacBook, I would like to continue playing The Sims 3 with the expansions I already own. In the EA app, I can see my expansions listed, but they are marked as available for Windows only. This seems odd to me, as it would imply that I need to purchase them again. I hope there is another way to resolve this issue so that I can use my expansions on my Mac as well.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, and how did you solve it?
