I bought Sims 3 when it first came out. I also bought most of the expansions. All are on disc except for Barnacle Bay. I had a new game started. The EA app said I couldn't have it because I don't have EA play.
I want my game back! I'm 69 not a kid, but I don't like anyone messing with my games!
Lea-Greenwalt Are you saying your game was removed because you had an EA Play subscription and cancelled it? Or do you just see Sims 4 as available to purchase, and also "included in EA Play"? It's been part of the subscription for a while, and any game included will show the EA Play tag on it. That's normal. But having the game removed because your subscription expired shouldn't happen, at least not when you own the game separately.
I bought the disk when it first came out. I got it at Carlinville Walmart. I also own most of the disks that go with it. I have installed 4 of them on this computer. All are missing. It has to be an EA app thing.

It sounds like when your EA Play expired, it removed these packs from your account as well. If you owned them separately from EA Play, you can reach out to the live support team from the site here so they can make sure your content is available in your game library.
