I recently got multiple sims 3 packs but when I reopen up EA and click on add-ons, it says owned it's only available for Windows while I play on Mac. If someone could help me figure out this issue so I can play with my packs, it would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like you're missing the 64-bit versions of those packs, which you need to play on Mac. Unfortunately, we can't support account-related requests, such as entitlement grants, here on the forums, so you'll need to contact live support for assistance.
