Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

Hi, I redeemed The Sims 3: Seasons on my EA account. It shows as owned, but in EA App it says “Available on Windows” only. I’m on Mac and I use The Sims 3 64-bit & Metal.
Please add the Mac 64-bit & Metal entitlement for The Sims 3: Seasons to my EA account.
