Hi everyone,
I recently digitalized my sims 3 game and expansion packs. All the disks worked on my mac (many years ago), now the digital versions also work, except for the EP Island Paradise. In the EA-app it says "Available on windows", so I can't download this EP. Is there anyone who can help me with this?

You'll need to contact support to get it sorted out. Feel free to link that thread, including the accepted solution from an EA community manager, if the support rep doesn't understand the issue.
I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email so you can have a real-time conversation. If you don't see the option, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
