Re-regeristing my games and getting downloads back
I have re-installed my games on my new computer, I cannot register the games on my new account because they had been registered on the old account name I had (which I cannot remember what name and email I had for it), I also cannot download my Hidden Springs disk that was bought and paid for at walmart because it says the redeemtion code has already been used. It has been about 1 1/2 years since I have been able to get my Sims 3 and all expansion packs downloaded to another computer so I am in need of some help to get back everything I had before, but as I said I can't remember what my old username was and apparently the email address that I thought I had for it is not the coorect one
