- @roberta591 Thank you so much for the update for all of us. Is there a way we can track the progress on it? Or is it just something they're doing behind-the-scenes? This seems to be affecting all of the DLCs for me, not just the Supernatural or Seasons.

Is there a way to track their progress with solving this issue? I too have the problem of being able to download and play the base game, but when it comes to expansion packs, no matter which one, it happens with all of them, I get the 'Something went haywire' error message.
i have the same problem and have had it for about 2 days, i have tried everything. hopethey find a solution soon
im also having the exact same issue can download the base game but none of the add ons ive gotten the haywire message everytime i try to reinstall it only the base game will work for me
- @SpiderDragons No way to track except keep an eye on social media like #ea help on twitter. They say they're working on it and yes it's an issue with both apps
