Try directing the Sim to take a shower to see if he becomes visible again.

thank you so much it worked 🙂 i had my doubts about it working because i thought i tried many ways to fix it but thankyou 🙂
The problem is that the game sometimes sort of 'forgets' to display the clothing (especially work outfits). If they don't have an outfit, they appear invisible. Changing that outfit, makes them visible
Could you please accept a post as solution so people see that this is solved and what the solution was.
