Re: Sims 3 code already redeemed
Hi, whenever I type in a code for one of my sims expansion packs it tells me that I hand that expansion but I can't download it again. It tells me the code was already used but its not in the game. How Do I fix this?

@dannydash156 Please check whether your account owns the pack already: even if it didn't download, it may still be accessible. Open your Origin game library, click on the Sims 3 icon, select More > Expansion Packs (or Stuff Packs), and scroll through the list to your missing pack. If the orange button says Download, then go ahead and download it.
If it says Play or Details, it's already installed. In that case, please launch the game from Origin, and in the Sims 3 launcher, click the Expansions & Stuff tab. If the box next to the missing pack is unchecked, check it. If it's already checked, uncheck it and check it again; the launcher doesn't always register that a pack is supposed to be active the first time.
If the button below the missing pack says Buy Now, you'll need to contact EA customer support to ask what happened to your content. It may help to take a photo of the disc, its case, and the insert with the code showing; you can upload the photo directly to a live chat session.
