Did you remove the cache files as well after deleting your CC ? Do you have any mods ?

i'm having the same problem. and i do have mods...
@shannonp93 @kiittykatpawsmew Most problems that prevent the game from starting are caused by cc/mods and corrupt saves. A fast test is to try the factory reset - link - Sims 4 factory reset If the game runs after you try the reset that you tell you that the game core files are ok and you have issues in the user files.
