i've seen an image of a giant flower with a sim holding a bottle or vial up to the flower maybe that's what you need to do get the dew from the flower then use dew on your self with the time traveler there
Well the thing is I haven't even gotten to the utopia future yet, I can't without finishing these opportunities. I'm pretty sure utopian future is the only future with those giant flowers.
i keep checking around to see if any one else did it if i come across anything i'll post back here 🙂 and you let me know to please if you find someting 🙂
according to this once you do the collect the power cells scattered around your lot and once you have the almanac and have completed the opportunity you are ready to enter the portal

Well okay, I have been to Oasis landing (the future). Like I said, the whole dystopia and normal futures (and their opportunities) go off without a hitch. The only future I couldn't reach was the utopia future. I've actually gotten to the utopian future last night using alternative methods to the opportunities, but the opportunity is still bugged. I've also noticed that when I try to collect dew from the flowers in the future, I don't have get dew in my inventory when the interaction succeeds. So it looks like it is an actual bug, not just an oversight done by me.

ok i just got this quest after i clicked on the future utiopa in the almanc trigger this event emit appeared he asked me to scan smiles he put the scanner incthe inventory i clicked on as i made them laugh and scanned i had to scan 3 sims in all then the doing the dew emit gave me some dew i had to use on my self after that he gave me 10 bottles of dew which i have to throw at 6 other sims it turns them to the colours of the rainbow
edit to add the next part is introduceing the dew too the enviorment emet gave me something i have to go to the army base to give the goop to them i now have after that emit arrives and tells you something about cause and effect i now have the utopian future
p.s.
is your sim an alien ? as it seems to be aliens can not use the utopian dew
