I'm having this same problem. I was so excited that they reissued keys for the humble origin bundle purchases. I registered them all via the Sims 3 community website then tried to login in-game and get prompted to enter my code again. I had already done so on the website so I tried to investigate on the site to see if it showed that I had any registered games but any time I click on anything under the My Page tab I just get the home page. So, thinking "hey it's worth a shot to try" I re-entered the new codes in the in-game browser only to get an invalid message.
I purchased the bundle on day one of the sale so I just tried playing the other games until this was sorted. Even with that time and trying to be patient and understand since all the money is going to charity I'm really actually starting to get angry. It's rather frustrating when you see other companies handle issues of this magnitude so much more quickly and with more information tendered.
