With serial codes stating they're invalid, you most likely will have to contact EA, they can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us/ask . For help with navigating your way around, see this: http://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2012/10/how-to-contact-ea.html

Please keep in mind that if you bought the game off Origin, it is AUTOMATICALLY registered FOR YOU! To get your accounts connected, simply use the same details as you use for Origin.

Thank you for your reply.
I've purchased all my expansion and stuff packs though Orgin and this was the only time it asked for a registration code. I was surprised when it did and even more so when it was an incomplete code. It is frusterating because I know the code is correct and where to find them.
I hope they reply soon 🙂

Yup, it was informitive but unfortunately my serial number is still blank when I click on the 'more information' tab thingy in Orgin for the Movie Stuff. I have closed/opened/refreshed/restarted computer multiple times today and no luck finding that blasted code key! It came in the e-mail but it is missing four letter/numbers. The code on the reciept worked for the Set but not the Stuff. Weird.
I hope they can at least refund me if still not working!
It's strange bcuase the Director's Set worked just fine but not the Movie Stuff :\

Did you also refresh Origin itself and/or log out and back in into Origin ?
