Sims 3 Movie Stuff was received an incomplete product code

Hello, I just brought the Movie Stuff pack from Orgin and have purchased many packs from Orgin in the past. This is the first time the had sent an incomplete code. They are asking in the instalation...

Did you also refresh Origin itself and/or log out and back in into Origin ?

Wow, splendid days!

After many, many, MANY reboots + refreshes it finally worked!

Thanks for both of your replies. I guess trying a few times did it! But yay no refund needed.
