Sorry about that. The chipset info is:

    You need to do the following. 

    In the GraphicsCards.sgr file (make sure to backup the Original):

    0x9834 AMD Radeon HD 8210

    I have to get backt to you on the other files since I don't know how good your card really is. Need to check with some other people.

    It says "hardware not recognised" and the settings are all at their lowest.

    And in the file ? Still found: 0 match: 0 ?

    Haven't heard back from my friend. Might be busy with new years.

    should be card 0x9834 "AMD Radeon HD 8210"

    After changing back to the original, the DeviceConfig still said the same and when I tried the website you suggested, to see if I could run it, it said my CPU speed was too slow and my OS was not originally supported when the game was released.

    Ok. Then I think you won't be able to play the game on that computer. 

    The OS should not be an issue. The game runs on Win 8 although that was not originally supported (for obvious reasons) but if the site says your cpu is to slow, then it probably is.
